FIBC Fabric (For Bigbag Production) CIRCULAR

We manufacture Flat/ circular PP (Polypropylene) Fabric for converting into packaging, covering products. Our manufacturing of PE/PP Woven Fabrics is on circular looms of Starlinger make. These fabrics can be made in colours of your choice and requirement. We also offer U.V. Stabilized fabrics with customized weaving mesh. Fabrics can be offered in roll form as well as piece form.

All fabric gr/m2 and sizes are according to the customer request.

 

We produce PP woven fabric with or without coating this fabrics are made on sulzer as well as circular loom.

The widths available for uncoated fabric are up to 5.25 mtrs the coated widths available are up to 2 mtrs

We can provide gsm ranging from 60 to 300 with subject to end uses.

All the fabrics are supplied with minimal defects and packed in export worthy packing.

We also have roll to roll printing fascilities up to 120 cm widths.

Agrocultural Fabric

As the name suggest "groundcover" is a black woven polypropylene fabric used under the ground for weed control. It is highly used in agriculture and horticulture industry.

We provide uv upto 3000 hours to provide a life of 5 years and above. Wider widths upto 5 mtrs on sulzer looms enables us to provide a complete range of 1 mtr to 5 mtr in a single container load.

Marking lines or grids of customised colors are available.

All our groundcovers are regularly tested in govt recognised labs in as per astm. Test results are available on request.
Geotextile Fabric

Geotextile is a high strength polypropylene woven fabric produced with high tenacity tapes and then woven on wider width sulzer looms upto 5.25 mtrs.

 

We provide variety of options in pp woven geotextile with gsm ranging from 85 to 300 gsm to cater to various end user applications.
